Took time out yesterday - (7.5) and today it's 6.7. I might delay increasing Lantus for a week to see if the much warmer climate of Spain has a positive bearing! Ole!

Blood testing today at the pathology shop down the road at the private hospital, no fasting this time which is a nice change. That three months went round quick.
