This isn't getting much better ... 8.7 today yesterday I was out of London at airshow, struggled to find decent food so ended up eating junk as got really hungry. Slapped myself and swam 60 lengths this morning, this high FBG nonsense has to end

Don't beat yourself up. It happens sometimes. I went out yesterday with the grandsons and all we could get to eat was chips bread or baked potato. So had baked potato. Last night my bg was 5.4. this morning is 7.9

Hiya! Okay, here we go, 7.0. Yesterday morning my insulin escaped so took a further two units. Maybe it should have been four! lol
