A disappointing 8.2 I've been up most of night with a cold and runny nose so not much sleep, have a head ache this morning and feel really rough so 2 paracetamol and i'm off back to bed.

Up to 8.5 the day after I posted this and still not had a good night sleep. Had just fluids (water & tea no sugar) and soup yesterday but also go a cough now don't no what else to do other than ride out the cold and see if BG drops.
