Unfortunately 10.6 this morning, but it was a great New Years Eve do!! Resolution to kick this high fbg into touch this year.

I got 5.7 on rising...

Had an orange immediately after dinner and this has an effect on my fbs which is 6.1 this morning !

Highest it has ever been but was late up this morning usulaly up at 7am and was 6am it was 11.2 so had a boiled egg for breakkfast and a slice of toast it was down with in two hours thank goodness
