Happy New Year to one an all. 7.5 this morning and i'm happy with that after a good nights sleep at last 
It's lower than the past couple of days have been so I suspect my immune system has ended it's little two days of industrial action and go slow 
and finally decided to do something about my cold.

Happy New Year.... I woke up to a BG of 5.2mmol/L. Was that ever a pleasant shock. I had a grapefruit with sugar on it late last evening too. Plus++ I forgot to take my glyburide and metformin post supper last night too... Pharmacist told me it was due to the weight loss and referred me back to my M.D. . I'm seriously counting calories, running and power walking pretty regularly now.
