A boring 7.2 for me.
Nurse wants me to reduce insulin which she thinks because I've got bgs sorted this will help me lose weight. I'm hoping too.
Most of my diabetic years have been well controlled til baby no.2. I've always been heavily overweight but weigh more recently. (Insulin)
I'm keeping an open mind.
