Well done, Beryl! Hope you feel better soon. Hugs x

They will. I was beginning to think mine would never go down, but slowly it has.

Did you starve your body from 7.30pm meal to 10am? Liver doesn't like being starved, it dumps on you! A nibble before bed can sometimes stop it in it's tracks.

@ickihun - Hi Vicky, I ate 4 heaped tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt at midnight and my blood sugar was 9.8 just before bed at 1.15am.
This morning's fastings were: 12.6 - 11.4 - 10.0 taken in a 30 minute time slot, so I opted for the 10.0. When I wake up having a sweat in the early morning it is a definite symptom of my Liver giving me a treat. I am not eating much because of not doing much, just laid on the sofa watching TV (football) and doing mild leg exercises. Hardly ate yesterday: No Breakfast, for Lunch had 2 slices of toasted Granary Bread, for Evening Meal R made me 2 Wholemeal Rolls with Egg Mayonaise. That's All.:) William

Did you remember your jabs?
When I was ill lately i forced myself to do injections so i had to eat something. It was a smaller injection and smaller food. It ticked me along. Helped with my recovery as bg wasnt high. Try and get back to your healthy routine, to help that knee heal. ♡♥♡

I thought I was being good not eating for 13 hrs plus, teatime to breakfast, and my liver dumped every morning. Now at bedtime I have a small piece of brie and some raspberries (6) with a tsp of philly full fat cheese. My readings have been far lower each morning since. Will probably rise in the morning after I've said that!
