Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.3 @ 6 am, but I can't really complain at that as I was Very Bad yesterday...

Fish and chips for dinner last night, for the first time since diagnosis in March.
6.2 before dinner (antibiotics?), 9.3 at one hour, 8.7 at 2 hours and 6.3 at 3 hours.
Could be worse - I may try it again when my starting levels are back in the 4s or early 5s.
It was delicious, though!

Firmly back on the wagon now.

:)

Well at 6.00am it was 11.8 BUT when I got up properly it was 9.8

bedtime was 6.8

So I'm thinking this is definitely the dreaded DP as I ate only LC yesterday.

6.5

I got away with it. I am having a few days away, yesterday had chips, Bulmer cider and a pie .... oh, and an ice cream .... walking it off though, 14,500 steps

5.2 this morning which is the lowest for a long time. It doesn't make sense as yesterday was an end of term carb fest! Not only did I eat a tonne of chocolatey, cakey things baked and given by children (felt it was rude to decline!) but also was out in the evening eating chips, breadcrumbed cheese and fish, and drinking wine. Quite a lot of wine!!:wideyed: How come my BS levels were so good following that lot?!o_O
