Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

11.7

but it was much higher at bedtime
It's those pesky carbs hun!
Throttle them and then let the odd one back in which suits your needs.
They need reducing to give you confidence to beat these higher bgs.

Well done so far. If you are just keep it up a bit longer and you will see a difference and less carb cravings.

4.6 It would seem hotel eating is suiting me! I've even been having deserts which I'm sure are not low carb by any imagination.

Hi everyone, my reading this morning was 6.2
Again slightly lower than previous days - I believe the LCHF way of eating is paying off and it has taken several months for the overnight readings to begin to come down.
I did have just a few strawberries yesterday lunchtime and they did bring my levels up into the 7.1 - yes I know that is still below the 8.0 but it seems a large increase for 3 strawberries! Not eating any of them today.

I am just so pleased to be keeping within the 5.5 - 8.0 range and I am beginning to be more active each day!

Morning all. 4.9 at 08:00 after a lie in to try and catch up from the last three days lack of sleep. Glad it was much cooler last night.

I was 4.9 this morning.

Average for the last 3 months now 5.1 which is just about what I was aiming for.

Blood taken Tuesday and waiting for the result. I promised my DSN I would get it up to 27 this time.
