Weirdly, I have found over the past week or so that if I have had carbs at dinner (with a correspondingly higher pp reading), I get a much lower FBG the next morning...A pleasing 5.7 ...! Especially as went out to dinner last night and had to have bread when I arrived as had mild hypo feeling small carb boosted made me feel better.
