Your BP is high but not an emergency. Try and not stress about it since it will make it worse.

new Abbott freestyle cartridge yesterday -its reading higher than the old one. so waking 7.2 - did finger prick test which showed 6.6 instead .

Overnight jumpy numbers with a low of 2.9 and high of 7.1 I'm assuming the cmg still settling in ! either that or 30 g of pork rinds upsets the system!
medical appointment this afternoon. Hope I get close to 40 !
