Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Yes small portion battered cod and smallish share of a portion of chips plenty of vinegar.
Three times now had fish and chips followed by lowest fbg in a while. It's a mystery.

maybe an idea to bring ones own vinegar, worth a try , here in Denmark vinegar is usually not served on chips/french fries

My BGL has been pretty low for the last few months due to pregnancy.
Now almost 20 weeks, the random blood glucose level has been creeping up slowly.
I am still not able to do low carb diet just yet, as nausea is still around after months suffering from hyperemesis.
Phew. Good to have a little energy today.
Cycled the home exercise bike for 30 mins and feel rather good.
Been long time, people!

Morning folks .. 5.3 at 04.15 .. bought an exercise bike yesterday to add to my armoury for beating off those pesky pounds
