you should not go around stabbing yourself, its not good for you, so ive been toldEither 6.3 or 6.5, I got side tracked after I stabbed myself and I can't remember which.

BG this morning 4.6 bit too low for me,but felt ok this time

Hi Mine Fasting was Sunday 7.6 and Monday 8.5 does this mean I need medication?As requested in another thread.... state your fasting numbers here.
My fasting level today 8.3.****. Over to other T2s now....

Fasting numbers are often higher than other times in the day. What was your Hba1c last time and what did your Dr or nurse say about medication.
We're just fellow diabetics so cannot advise on medical treatments.

No fasting test this morning but pre lunch was 6.1( 4 hours after eating). My lowest in the last 17 days so I'm treating myself to a mid afternoon ginger biscuit!

Morning folks .. 5.2 at 04.45 .. a new target of 30k in an hour on the exercise bike today 
7mmol at 6:00
well at least it is more than 1 mmol lower than yesterday, I did do 2000 calories at fitness, but did also invite mother and sister out for a cafe right after.... but didn´t eat more carbs than most days.well maybe a little more.. hope to at least get down in the low 6mmol tomorrow
