6.4 this morning, so my meter hasn't stuck at 6.3. Very pleased with the number as I had 3 scoops of ice cream at the seaside yesterday It's been a tough few weeks....

5.9 this morning. I know that most folks would be happy with this but I figure that I must still have some sort of infection as my diet and exercise regime is unchanged and I can get much lower numbers than this. Hey-Ho , its another beautiful sunny day , I hope you all can enjoy it....

A much more acceptable 4.9 this morning - didn't like how I felt with yesterday's 3.4 - shaky inside and felt so tired all day.

Much happier to be in the 4's again. I have resigned myself to the fact that until I'm on a much reduced dose of steroids, I have to be on medication. Hey ho, such is life.
