Grumpy bosses!
An outrageous (for me anyway!) 6.6 this morning - unfortunately I had the munchies yesterday and peanuts were my vice! (Note to self - don't buy any more!). About 4½ hours sleep probably didn't help either. :bigtears::banghead::arghh::oops:

7.2 - had a small amount of mashed potatoes with dinner last night, was yummy! Pleased with reading.
Hi @Providence 62, you could try making the mashed potatoes the day before and putting in fridge overnight. This, and re-heating should result in some of the carbs turning into retrograde or resistant starch, so called because it resists digestion and less likely to spike blood glucose.
