 I have peripheral vascular disease and the pain I get walking is excruciating, on top of that I get breathless after a few paces.... I don’t drive and used to walk everywhere I really miss walking

As for me I am a senior level swimmer. Could complete 120 laps ( = 3km under 1 hr ) but always have to make sure my BG LEVELS IS ON 16.
