Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Don't forget the 45 minutes walk after a meal..Itf helps to reduce the BG.

Oh if only I could walk I have peripheral vascular disease and the pain I get walking is excruciating, on top of that I get breathless after a few paces.... I don’t drive and used to walk everywhere I really miss walking :( ... I’m thinking on getting one of those sit down pedal things, just wondering if they are useful ?...

Perhaps there might be some kind of exercise that you are able to do. As for me I am a senior level swimmer. Could complete 120 laps ( = 3km under 1 hr ) but always have to make sure my BG LEVELS IS ON 16.
