I have peripheral vascular disease and the pain I get walking is excruciating, on top of that I get breathless after a few paces.... I don’t drive and used to walk everywhere I really miss walking
Perhaps there might be some kind of exercise that you are able to do. As for me I am a senior level swimmer. Could complete 120 laps ( = 3km under 1 hr ) but always have to make sure my BG LEVELS IS ON 16.Which I suppose is good, if you’re able to walk.........Don't forget the 45 minutes walk after a meal..Itf helps to reduce the BG.
