@NewTD2 The problems I have is due to eating lots of oily fish mackerel and salmon and high protein with the diet I developed gout now the diet for gout is the exact opposite of what I should eat for my diabetes so I had a huge problem, so I went online and found if I had a freshly squeezed lemon in 8 fl oz of warm water has my first drink in the mornings I have so far avoided the extremely painful gout attacks, and I'm just maintaining my weight with diet but cut the fats down and a few carbs like one toast with best butter mushrooms egg and 2 slices bacon for my first meal at lunchtime. And yes you might say that is still a fair amount of fat but it's my only added fat in my day no more carbs just veg. and either chicken meat or a small piece of salmon, afraid it's trying things out to see what works for me! KSame here I’m afraid.
The “high fat” bit of LCHF diet raised my cholesterol to dangerous level!
So I’ve been advised by my GP to reduce saturated fat and eat healthy fats instead from oily fish, avocados, chia seeds etc.

Thank you will watch it ! KYou’re doing the right thing by drinking lots of water with sliced lemons. I would also include sliced lime and grapefruit if you can.
I hope this video helps -
Thank you will watch it ! K
Interesting video but would need to check sugar contents in some of the recommended fruits and juices like pineapple and black cherry juice, but celery and omega fish oils sound ok. Will go to Holland and Barrett's over weekend and ask about these natural foods for gout, and see if they recommend anything different due to being diabetic, it was very thoughtful of you thank you KYou’re very welcome!
