Hi @ally1 your doing ok but your BG does raise in Morning,so does mine but does it get higher or lower has the day goes on,if it drops has day goes on then I would definitely say it's a liver dump and don't worry too much. Otherwise you would have to look at what your eating has this may be the answer? K

Yes my morning one is always higher so I put it down to a liver dump.
My levels are ok during the day

@ally1 your just like me always higher in morning but it lowers during the day,don't worry about it I don't so much now,but it still rankles when you see it and you've not even eaten or drank anything no it was quite low before bed the night before. I'm glad for you hopefully we may fathom it out one day! K
