Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I see similar . Fbg is high and then goes down after food...

I have only had that happen once.

Hi @KevOxy and welcome to the forum. For Type 2s any morning (fasting blood glucose or fbg) between 4-7 is good.

I have only had that happen once.

I get this in the mornings. If I don't eat ASAP when I get up my blood sugars rise. I don't need much to stop the rise. An egg , a bite of cheese basically a mouthful of food does the job
