Morning everyone, a little later than the last couple of days, 5.9 but I did eat chocolate last night

Me too! 2 pieces of 85% at 9pm and I'm up this morning!!! 5.8. Won't be doing that again!

I’m eating so much more and I’m actually very surprised with the low bg readings, thank God!

If you are just taking metformin, then it looks like your actual diabetes is getting better and better as you are seeing a trend. If your oral med is anything other than metformin it is probably time to have this reviewed. Your body should get used to the lower amount of glucose, but you have to be where you are comfortable.

Not to many beers for $65.00 approx a fortnight at $4.00 a pot or 285 ml, or in the old measure "I'll 'ave arf".

Cheaper to cook at home now, the club chef is hardly there any more and his staff are lousy büggers when it comes to portion size.
