Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi @BaliRob. I see you are insulin dependent so some dealing with their condition in a similar way may be better placed to judge where that's at. Longer term is that trending up. down or flat?
Dear Ian - I have never been Insulin dependent - I gave up years trying to get Admin to amend my Profile - so perhaps you can judge my post in a different light - all the best, Rob

Hi @BaliRob go into your personal details then click on drop down box in What type of diabetes, then click on what you are, save changes that should sort it. :)

No problem and profuse apologies if any offence was caused

5.4 this morning, strange day yesterday and I forgot to eat, ahem, (the evening waddle was of a circular nature with my internal GPS updating every 3 steps indicating nirvana 7 lefts and 2 rights away) and it would appear it's lowered my prickle number. So many pitfalls with the consumption of food...

Hi @DJC3 why not drop to one per day to see how you feel? :)

Yes I think that’s the way to go, thank you. @Rachox suggested the same thing.
I’ll see what my next HbA1c is in a couple of weeks and so long as it’s in mid 30s range I’ll give it a go ( last test was 39, current MySugr estimate is 33.9 but that’s always been about 2 lower than lab test).
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
