Morning all and may I reciprocate, especially @JanetMcDowell 5.3 is my reputed level as well By the way, how is Mr McD progressing? @Geoffno6 why the urge to drop metformin? I took 2 months off but this being a game of risk and reward decided to take the option of reducing to 1 per day for now. @NewTD2 glad flu seems to be going.

7.2 - not too pleased with that, after a run of 5's and no insulin for 6 days. Went out for lunch yesterday but had omelette and salad - no dressing and choc free cappuccino. Kept to low carb for brekkie and supper!!!
