6.0 this morning, one of those weird ones because I came as close as possible to "no carbs" yesterday! Only had whatever carbs there were in a salad and a couple of cups of tea with s/s milk. Hey ho. Never satisfied.

Good Morning! 5.9 for me too at 0410.
Reading ok after airline food yesterday. I was up at 4am as I haven't adjusted to UK time yet. And I was cold despite Winter and Summer duvets and a throw on bed. I bought a heated underblanket last year, I'll have to put it on bed today.
