Don’t it will just mess with your head believe me !
Get a level that your happy with and work from there if I can get to the lower sixes I’m happy

Hello all
7.4 for me this morning that's about my average.
Then eggs and bacon and it drops to around 6.5
I x Met and long walks/diet, but still have a few carbs
Last Hb1c 41 due for my annual in March not expecting a change.
Self test levels daily after meals so I know what spikes me and avoid..
