Apologies, but I just wanted to share here: I just received my HBA1C results from Monday. I’ve gone from 89 Sept 20 down to 64. I’m really chuffed!

Pulled my test results off the My Health website yesterday, they are 5.3% / 34.4 mmol/mol.

My speed bump will be disappearing from the chart next time.
