Quite a difference despite eating more or less the same meals in the 24 hours prior to tests.

6.4 at an early 0415 .. been awake since 0200 hours ,,,i may test again in a few hours .. ive washed the floors done the dishes etc ..stuck some laundry in the washing machine .. ,,still dark the sun is making its way up in the east whats left of the moon is following a planet..dont know which one? ..the blackbirds are just starting the dawn chorus....back to bed for anther hour methinks....
edited at 0638 ..didnt go back to bed ..went outside and did a bit of garden clearing .. tested again at 0630 ,,4.9 . retested 5.1...well.........
