Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning all, I'm new here and new to T2D. Hope everyone is doing well.
I'm literally struggling with my regime, I'm trying to control mine with diet and exercise and not medication, but my readings have been consistently high!
I wonder and question though if for an individual some readings are just meant to be what they are and so do not have a negative affect on your being?
Anyway I've ran out of strip's and can't even get through to the doctors for a repeat (so annoying..you are 100 in the queue, please wait ), need to manage that better...I'll get there!!
So everyone reports their readings here and gets feedback, brilliant. I look forward to posting my first reading once I get my strips. Cht back soon group, cheers!

Hi there, this is a very low level chat area but there is lots of help and support on this forum, so if you’d like to get some more support we can try to help. There are threads with more chat but if you are looking for more focussed support then Maybe a new thread for this would help? I can move this if you like?
