Touch wood (Ooo-er, missus!) ...

4.3-4.8 every morning - average 4.6 - and pretty much stays there until OMAD in the evening - then generally back below 5.0 in 60-120m most meals (meter says 5.2 average, post, but that includes many sloppily timed 30/60min as well as 2h-ish readings) :)
Occasionally if I do everything wrong it'll go above 7.0 at some point after a sugary experience - once in the last year it stayed there > 2h - but I'd really overloaded.
These days I only test once or twice a week or so (morning and post-prandrial) - ad-hoc when I've been naughty.
I even occasionally mini-glucose-challenge with chocolate or ice-cream after main meal - just to check recovery, of course - not because I enjoy it ... ;). Not often though. I'm generally pretty serious about this thing!

Estimated HbA1c 4.8-ish (actually, lower than that, as I spend most of my day in fast, but I'm conservative until I get an official figure).

... Remission, baby*!!!!! (at the possible cost of an occasional remedial multi-day fast if I don't get enough exercise, and/or eat too much *%@^, and IR starts creeping back up ...)

* I wish it for all - I hope you, too, find your ways (mine was OMAD a couple of years, keeping a moderate reign on carbs (arrested progress), 1h aerobic/anaerobic per day for 6 months (slowly started reversing it, and losing weight); then a series of 3 multi-day water fasts (total 15 days) in that 6 months, (knocked IR totally back in it's box!!!). OMAD and moderate exercise seem to be keeping things stable. Next step - weight reduction while I still have the upper hand) ...

… could all go to pot now as we are away for the long holiday weekend and carb control may just go a little awry
