Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hope headache has faded and gone flonvic.
Tummy upset and skipped meals yesterday, given a 4.8mmol reading on waking today.
 
Woke up to a 'cheater's' BG of 5.9 mmol/L this a.m. (soda crackers and cream cheese at midnight.) Out for a 5.6km threshold run routine this a.m.. Came back with a BG of 5.3 mmol/L. Normally after a hard run my BG goes up..... as per my doctor... hmmmm.

4.8 is amazing. Pity you had to suffer to get there though.

Yes thx Aylalake.
Shocked when I saw that.
I've never come close to a reading so low in the past.
It's smashed my previous lowest BG reading.
The tummy upset cleared up quickly and it will be interesting, to see where it leads tomorrow morning.
Sincerely hope readings remain in single figures.
