Morning from Montreal. Woke to to a post 4.5km run 5.1 mmol/L BG.
It was neat yesterday, for fun I checked my pre lunch BG and it was 5.6 mmol/L.

4.9 and I’m bursting to tell you that my pharmacist from the surgery phoned 20 minutes ago.
My HCA is 31! I kid you not. My gli going down to 40mg till I finally finish my reducing steroids.
My kidney functions are within normal range.

If I could dance in a wheelchair after what this past year has been like, I would!!

Ps just the nasty Crohns to deal with now.
