Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

G'Day Happy Canada Day from Montreal. My waking BG is 6.4 mmol/L this a.m. o_O (05:30 hrs EST)

Not surprising I guess, toast and natural crunchy peanut butter just before bed.

Hard boiled egg, a bit of beef bouillon, an hour later BG dropped to 5.5 mmol/L.

The pollen count was certainly high all week @Lainie71. The wet weather followed by a hot, dry spell means grass pollen is in peak production.
