G'Day from Montreal. I woke to a BG of 5.9 mmol/L this a.m. (06:30hrs, EST)
Two sausages and two eggs for breakfast. No bread/toast, no sugar in my coffee.

Tough 25km river trail bike ride late afternoon, followed by a light 3km run routine in the evening. Try to see how far I can push myself.
