My fasting blood glucose this morning was 7.5. I'm working on managing it better and hoping to see improvement soon.

Your profile doesn't tell us the type of diabetes you've developed and whether managed with medication or diet alone.. Might be helpful to know, if you would like suggestions from members based on their experience.
