My Fri. waking a.m. BG is 6.2 mmol/L. (06:00 hrs EST)
(cheated, 1/2 C baked beans before bed.. This Creatine really makes me hungry... Should just take a tbsp of Kimchi to quiet down my stomach instead.)
Late supper. Breaded haddock/baked fries. V. early to bed. (it dropped 0.4mmol/L from 5.7 an hour earlier. ) (what happened to the RED GUI here? it's blue now.)
