No need to wish, just tell yourself that chips are ****, without nitritional value. They are like cigarettes, just another addiction to get over.

Hope they manage to sort you out. My husband has to have them occasionally and he has it on for a week at a time - I think he gets used to it eventually!

Only had to have mine for the one night doctor thinks my oxygen levels may be dropping at night.
