Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

7.2 today....not all that warm this am....hope the sun is going to shine on all you lovely people :):p:wacky:
 
Hi the only thing that helps me is Tramadol which my doctor prescribed mine are cluster head aches witch can last up to 3 hours and my bgs go through the roof as well so i get a double wammy

I have suffered with back pain since the mid 70's after an industrial accident and tramadol was the pain relief of choice. I only take it when the pain gets intolerable.
Recently I have been prescribed Co-Dydramol - not so much of a bash on the head with a brick as tramadol so I can safely ride my bike and it works OK for me.
 
hooray! 4.6 and in the 4's for 2 day in a row. Binged at an Italian restaurant last night on gambas with lots of lovely cream.

Dinner at Zizzi, antipasta and then chicken wrapped in ham
1 hr: 4.9
coffee, rasps and 1 chocolate
2hr: 5.2
3hr: 5.5

Never been so flat after a meal...
go figure
Last day at work and then a week off next week..... woot woooooot :happy:
 
5.0 this morning looks like the extra couple of units of insulatard the DN suggested works. Eyes are easier this morning still a bit sore but OK got monthly methatrexate blood test later.
 
Good morning from a very grey and wet Exeter, BS was 5.7 @ 07:20am. Sun, Sun, Sun ️tomorrow of to Majorca for two weeks
