Been too lax and not been testing at all. Must start it again....

I had the same lunch today as I had yesterday....nothing different. Was at home all day yesterday, but have been out and about today more....thanks for helping me through this.

It does certainly make you think twice when you go shopping, looking at the carb and sugar content on every item your having, it can get tedious. however, with a little recipe planning it can make a huge difference if you have a list ready. So have a nosey around the forum, get as much information as you want. Also don't be afraid to ask any questions, no matter how silly or weird, the users on here are a friendly bunch.

Na night :-)

6.7 this morning. Still tired today. I had really bad leg cramps last night, so much so they woke me up. Oh well onward and upwards, I mean downwards today, :)

Are you getting enough potassium? Leg cramps are not nice:( I used to get them a lot now on meds and physio, which has helped lots. Are you warm enough at night? Talk to your Doctors or DN if they carry on Take Care
