Morning all...back from sunny Taffyland ;)
10.20pm 3.6 - and felt lousy with it!
12.50 am 5.6

and weighed in with a 6.0 on waking

6.7 this morning - after 5.9 last night. I didn't do a marathon yesterday but did do a really good session of HIT in the morning, a 5.6 mile brisk walk in the afternoon followed by an hour digging in the garden.

Morning all

6.8 fasting. Readings still doing their best impression of a yo yo.

Brighton marathon done and dusted. 5 hours 42 minutes. Very enjoyable, very windy and sunny. 49,927 steps and 6709 calories @vit90.

we'll deserved Malbec with cheese after.

Congratulations,@Baruney, how did the feet go? I can imagine you having the Malbec in your bath. What a sybarite!
Put cream on your feet and socks when you go to bed, it is supposed to help.
Well done
( no, silly, not cream on your socks )

Morning all,

7.6 this morning, not bad after 9.1 bedtime reading.

Well done Baruney, I was thinking that it must have been yesterday that you did your marathon.

Very impressed by those of you doing so much exercise, I need to get my body moving. Yesterday evening my calf was aching through too much sitting around.

Hope those who are ill start feeling better soon, and especially the lady with the toe issue, thinking of you.

Please excuse my not using names but my fibromyalgia lethargy is always so bad when I wake up, it is like thinking through black treacle.

6.4 my own fault got attacked by the late night cashews. Try to catch up later folks another park awaits here in Harry Potter land, orlando

Gabe were only human.........but those sorts of rises do come with consequences :(
I know but I think it was due to med. change. Doing small runs watching my foods intake almost no carbs. I'm 218 pounds have to loose at least 50 but thanks Clive .
