Try again, you'll get there........ tomorrow is another day... and a lower numberThanks but this Monday morning 14.6 Slacked off
Best get something to eat soon...... smaller more regular meals for better bg control.... as I've said to @Gabe86 it can seem daunting to start with but stick with it, it does get easier take care7.9 fasting, haven't had lunch yet.
I know but I think it was due to med. change. Doing small runs watching my foods intake almost no carbs. I'm 218 pounds have to loose at least 50 but thanks Clive .
I wouldn't have expected that to raise your bs much, especially not in the longterm but just shows how differently we all react to things.... But you dropped nicely so you can breathe again now7.5 for me this morning. Still paying the consequences for yesterday's mint jelly on my lamb me thinks. It was down to 5.9 before lunch though.
All good on the feet front @ Merrylizard1314. Good old epsom salt soak in the bath afterwards. Still have a cheese craving some have to go hunter gathering for some blue to go with some more red!Congratulations,@Baruney, how did the feet go? I can imagine you having the Malbec in your bath. What a sybarite!
Put cream on your feet and socks when you go to bed, it is supposed to help.
Well done️
( no, silly, not cream on your socks )

Spent 2 years in oz as a young boy 8/10 years old due to dad's job and as affectionately know as the only pommey b't##d in school reckon I can look after myself one way or another.Oh, don't... I love a particular cheese called Gambozola, and when you mentioned having a hankering for a blue, the longing just swept over me...
BTW, if you were looking for a blue in Australia, you'd be looking for a fight or a punch-up, but I can tell you are not that sort of person, they'd probably only be looking for Kraft slices
And now I have totally ruined my ND record, by joining in the eating of roast buttered chestnuts, the first of the season. Scrumptious.
Thank goodness the rest of the sack will keep for a long time in the fridge. A friend grows them, up in the mountains.
