Weekly weigh in - Fridays

I'm 72kg today. Staying around this level +/- 0.5kg pretty much which suits me. According to the BMI I could lose more but I don't think I'd look okay if I did

Gyms are back soon so can start to tone up which I'm looking forward to.

Awesome weight loss, well done.
I will join in, I've just started a strict low carb diet
A couple weeks ago.
I started at 16 stone 7 lbs
As of today I weigh 16 stone 1 lb.
I am type 2

93.4 (1.9 kg increase). Had a week of planning and budgeting meetings away from home. Diet went out the door with a number of big dinners and working lunches. Will prepare better next time

77.9Kg yesterday (first report on here), with a BMI of 24.6

Was 101 at my peak 2 year ago (for a day), I was 96.1kg in first week of Aug 2020, aiming for 76Kg and a BMi around 24.

Yes i would like to join you in your Journey

91.4kg (2 kg loss). After a poor week last week focused on low calorie and increased exercise to get back on track this week.

90.5kg (,9 kg loss this week) very happy with that following Easter. Closing in on my initial goal of cracking 90kg.

72.7kg which is more than last week but below my 73kg overall aim so all good

This week I didn't gain or lose.
A little disappointed but I guess
It means an adjustment is needed

5th week in a row of 137.6lb - expected some variance with stopping the Forxiga a week ago and starting IF. Maybe the scales are stuck

My scales have been stuck since the end of January! I do need another hole made in my jeans belt though. Its not all about the scales
