Load eating , idiots.
76.2kg on Fri 9th, down slightly again. Almost time to plateau the weight loss.

72.7kg which is more than last week but below my 73kg overall aim so all good
I know we are past Friday but with the posts about putting weight on or not moving. 2 days later and I am 71.5kg when I certainly have done nothing different to lose over a kg in 2 days. Just to highlight how incredibly fluctuating weight loss can be and for those who haven’t moved in a week or gone up a bit, don’t overly worry and watch the longer term

Been at the same weight for months give or take a kilo but having, with my GPs guidance, started a very low calorie diet last Wednesday, I can report a one pound weight loss below the usual fluctuations so 53.5 kilos today.

Well done for the loss, keep at it, it takes time but it gets easier the longer you stick with it.

You know me where weight loss is concern. I only lose if I'm low calorie and low carb. Once my bgs are good the weight comes off. I haven't added any weight after the bypass I had nearly 2yrs ago. That itself is unusual, so I'm told.
Carry on hun. You know what's best for you! Hope you are well. :)

Maybe a product you eat has added sugar or similar in its ingredients. They do sometimes. :(

All food made at home LCHF with the exception of Carbzone LC wraps 4g carbs/0.3g sugar so more likely fluid retention I think?

Back down to 72.5g. fluctuating but reasonably steady, averaging 72 - 73kg over the last few months so seem to have hit that plateau I was aiming for
