Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Up 0.5 lbs this week. I've had a few Magnums this week, plus I've been eating when not really hungry. I've been eating according to the clock, rather than listening to my appetite.
A few.....:-)
 
A maintain at 68.3kg at my maintenance fitness class.
 
Up a pound.
Have been away but that's no excuse as did plenty of exercise. Feel less, belt is looser as are trousers but my body's obviously stuffing it away somewhere.
Back home for nearly 6 weeks now with no major social events. Am cutting alcohol right down.
Will have occasional mini Magnum. But lidls version as cheaper.
 
Up again, must be water weight as still pretty bloated! 232.8 =up 9lbs 1oz
 
Down again 225.1 -7.7lbs Still water weight I guess.
 
Up 0.7 kg over last 4 weeks but that might be due to using scales at clinic instead of home. Safer to say
1.8 kg down over last 3 weeks
wasn't all actual weight loss, so new calculation is 1.1 kg down over 7 weeks instead. Still 3.1kg down since April yay
