1.1 kg, lost this week:). Now 78.9kg. Not expecting to loose any next week as off on hollibobs staying in a lodge in woods near York. Going to eat myself silly. :p:p

1.1 kg down on the week.
37.6 kg down since starting on 4 Sept 2016.

Only a few points from moving out of obese BMI.
 
Good morning everyone. Congratulations on your lost pounds. Thank you to everyone for all the hugs they meant a lot. I am 80.1 this morning. A measley .1 but it is in the right direction and I have had loads of calories this week. I do not really count anything but I am sure, with the exception of valentines I have been below 20 carbs every day. Tuesday smoked salmon, cream cheese a whole Lidl high protein, steak, mushrooms, greens in cheese with cream followed by make your own chocolate truffles. 74% lidl choccie, butter and cream. I rolled mine in ground almond and coconut and had two thimbles of amaretto liquer.

Your diet sounds fab. With such a small amount of carbs you are bound to loose weight. Good luck.:)
