That looks a really nice number 40 Lbs lost since April 2015. I am now 13 stone 5 Lbs to say I am delighted would be an understatement.
 
John, Viv. Great stuff. I'm now at 22lb in 6 weeks. Just 14 to go according to the doc. Easiest weight I've ever lost.

I'm not sure about stones and kilos, BUT.. I'm down 3lbs this week. Bringing my total lost since Feb 25th to 38lbs! Still have 62lbs to go... But I'm almost 40% of the way there - Go Me! :D

Go go go.....3lbs a week is terrific and around the weight reduction a number of the specialists predict on a strict LCHF.

Wow toomanycrisps that's impressive. I way myself once a week at the gym when I e completed a work out and am exhausted...not cheating, but your approach is much more balanced.

I only lost a 1lb this week. Lowest in 6 weeks, but still going down so I'm smiling.

I was reluctant to post my weight yesterday as I put on 3lbs since the previous Friday and I am now at 10st, which has been consistent over the last 4 days.
10st is still ok, but it was psychologically better to have figures in the 9st range. I think I have become a bit complacent, and need to be more stringent with my diet and cut down on the red wine. Also I haven't been walking so much this week as the onset of the hayfever season has made me feel tired and unmotivated to get out. :(
 
Prem51, well done for sharing...that has got to motivate you to regroup, adjust and push on....and your kind of accountable now....should you wish to be:). I'm 12 stone now and can't wait for 11st 13lbs....it's so tantalisingly close....so I know the feeling. Go girl, you can do it.

What am I like Prem51..,,I had a quick think and thought "ah a lean 10 stone, must be a lass"....my wife always says I should not think too hard. Haha. So sorry. :)

Weighed in last night at 12st 6lbs.

weight this morning 12st 2lb. I did reach 12st 8lb midweek, so not to bad to end back at 12st 2lb again.
