What’s for breakfast today?

1 seriously low carb hot cross bun (5.5 carbs) toasted with butter on top . Mug of earl grey tea. Glass of water
 
Can’t offer a photo, as it wasn’t on plate for long.

It is the law in our house that on Sunday a big full breakfast is devoured, late morning.

Today pork sausage, smoked bacon, mushrooms, haggis slice, egg, low carb bread fried in the fat of the bacon, lots of black coffee.

Nothing else needed until evening dinner.
 
about 1/3 portion fathead breadsticks left over from last night and zapped in microwave for a few seconds.
 
Black coffee with no sweeteners, cooked breakfast of various stuff alternating with bacon, eggs, steak, sausages, left overs, tomatoes mushrooms, more black coffee.
 
one tablespoon milled seeds, 2 tablespoons full fat greek natural yoghurt, 10 blueberries
 
Water on waking, followed a bit later by a mug of mocha (coffee/cocoa mix) with stevia drops and a largish squirt of hazelnut "milk".
 
2 Boiled eggs
2 x Coffee with dash of milk and equal Sweetener
