The sea bass was very good - just fried briefly. Very simple and very good.
Breakfast: avocado and a small piece (about 1/8) of the soda scone I made yesterday.
2nd meal will be a vegetable tagine and maybe a little defrosted rice, if I can find it in the freezer. If I can't find it, I'll do without.
Big cake to make for Friday, so I'll have to make a start on it today, if I can muster the energy. If I can manage it, it will be a 3 layer cake - 3 layers, 3 flavours - chocolate, vanilla and raspberry with chocolate ganache coating and choc cream filling. Just hope Neil can get me some raspberries when he goes to town on Monday.
