What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

@MaryCanary I eat eggs just about daily. That may or may not include sausage or bacon, but ALWAYS butter. I only ate one egg this morning, because my greedy children made it to the pan for seconds, before I made it there the first time and Mr. Vintage didn't make enough. I usually eat 3 eggs, if eating them alone or two eggs, if eating with something (bacon/ham/sausage).

My day goes much better if I eat a solid breakfast and I have the most success with eggs.

Would anybody share their weight loss success?
Diagnosed end of May - lost stone and a half by end of August - mostly on LCHF diet. From 12 stone to 10 stone 7. Today I'm 10 stone 5 so it isn't stopping yet.

Ordered some organic gem squashes 75p each from a South African shop, along with a can of extra hot chakalaka for OH (a South African dish, a bit like hot ratatouille), some Hawaiian sea salt with organic bamboo and a bottle of avocado oil to use in salad dressings. That will arrive Tuesday. Might do squash and fill husband's with chakalaka or make the wild diced venison very spicy.

Also ordered some Traditional Medicines organic Throat Coat Tea from the USA which arrives via Sweden, weirdly.

Sounds lovely, did you make the bread yourself? I'm trying to find a bread I can eat without it making my blood sugar spike so much..
