D: lamb kebabs with fresh mint, caulicheese, green beans and strawbsncream to follow.

Hello everybody:)

B. Small slice oopsie bread with cream cheese

L. Oopsie bread with small piece of Camambert and some leftover tinned salmon

D. Slice of homemade crust less quiche. I have a small piece of 85% dark chocolate from Aldi for the great British menu.

The co op supermarket in Middlesbrough used to sell Rachel's yoghurt I don't know if others do. :)
 
B: Mini Babybel, coconut flour / chia bread with duck & orange pate
L: Avocado & egg mayonnaise salad, blueberries & cream
D: Steak casserole with small helping of garden new potato and carrot, blackberries & cream
S: 2 squares 85% dark chocolate
 
B: yog, rasps, blues, walnuts and pumpkin seeds
L: celery, olives, feta, gherkin and a aubergine fried in coconut oil
D: H-bone Gorgonzola cream sauce, spinach and boursin, garlic baked in olive oil and butter, glass of red wine.

No lunch
S - Pork scratchings, cocoa fat bombs
D - Spinach surrender with chia seeds

D. Meal out, all day breakfast without the beans or hash brown

B. 1 slice Burgen toast & 1oz cheese
L. 2 home-made Turkey & Chicken burgers 1 boiled egg
D. 2 venison grillsteaks & salad veg
S. 1 hard-boiled egg, 1oz double Gloucester cheese with chives 8 almonds
 
Bacon and scrambled egg with a slice of Burgen toast in honour of the weekend
2 ryvita with ham
Savoury mince made with onions, peppers, courgette,mushroom, spinach and tinned toms served over shredded cabbage. Yumm

D: curried meatballs, sweet potato chips, courgette; orange & walnut cake with Dream Topping (I bought this thinking it was sugar free custard. Didn't realise my mistake until reading the instructions for how to make it. Still, tasted ok and the cake was particularly good!)

B: yog et al, last of as made some chia seed coffee for next week.
L: out, spinach and courgette soup, with some potato I think... haddock fried in butter with breadcrumbs.... water
D: chicken wrapped in bacon stuffed with onion, cheese, breadcrumbs (few) and apple, cabbage drizzled with garlic baked in olive oil, white wine, mouthful of rasps, blues and walnuts.

Confession time.

Hubby is away. He left me out salmon to cook for myself. Can't be bothered. Chucked it away.

So. Rice cakes with butter. I know my stomach can handle these. My normal fruit with flax n chia seeds to keep stomach working and a nakd bar (gluten, wheat n dairy free). Cant see them having sweeteners or rank preservatives.

Trouble is with me no appetite. Loads of salad n food in fridge or freezer but no hunger. Zilch for appetite.

Appetite is an odd thing for me at the moment. I don't ever feel "hungry" but eat at meal times, I like cooking, and feel when I've finished the meal I could eat it all over again and not feel full....

Hi, everyone! I'm new here,and I've been enjoying reading this thread for a week or so. Hope you don't mind if I join you!

B: Buttery scrambled eggs
L: Creamy tuna salad w/ avocado, olives, lettuce and cucumber
D: Garlic chicken and mushrooms with cauliflower rice. The cauliflower was awesome. I was very impressed with it as a rice substitute!
