I've been bad today, not only did I succumb to a pack of Organix Goodies organic cheese and herb puffs (15g bag 9.something carbs) in Waitrose, but I also had two Carr's water biscuits (2.5g each) slathered in Sainsbury's organic soft cream cheese, with an organic red grape halved on each.
And your blood sugar reading afterwards was .........?Ate out last night, had .... Starter. Razor thin smoked salmon with razor thin beetroot (4 or 5 slices) on bed of fancy lettuces.
Main. Chorizo & beef burger in bun (ate 1/4 of the bun) with "bucket" of shoe string fries (ate all of them, I should think they were from 1 medium potato)
Dessert. Brie, 3 grapes, 2.1/2 very dark looking crackers, size of a mustard jar lid!!
No idea how many carbs there.
